At Nev clothing, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. However, we know that sometimes online shopping doesn't go to plan.
If you have any issues with your orders or perhaps a return is deemed necessary, please do not hesitate to contact and e-mail us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the parcel along with the following details:
Email Subject: RETURN & REFUND
Name, Order Number, Order Issue/s, photos of items being returned.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and unstained with tags attached to original packaging to be eligible for our Refunds & Returns Policy. Return the item/s back to our warehouse with postage at your own cost within the given 30-day timeframe. All postage cost for your return is covered by the customer directly.
Once we have inspected the items you have posted, we will then issue a refund within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Returns can be refunded to store credit original method of payment.
Strictly, there will be no refunds and returns/exchanges on GOODIE BAGS and SALE ITEMS.
